Piracymeter, a provider of anti-piracy monitoring and copyright enforcement solutions, today announced its partnership with Kyivstar TV, one of Ukraine's leading streaming platforms, to protect premium live sports and video-on-demand content from online piracy.

Under the partnership, Piracymeter delivers continuous monitoring and enforcement across search engines, Telegram, social media platforms and other online sources where infringing content is distributed. The service is designed to reduce the visibility of illegal streams and copies, helping protect the commercial value of Kyivstar TV's exclusive content.

The partnership has already supported the protection of major live sports broadcasts, including the Glory in Giza boxing event.

"Protecting premium content requires more than reactive takedowns. Our goal is to identify piracy early, disrupt distribution before audiences reach illegal sources and maintain enforcement throughout the entire broadcast," said Serhii Poloz, CEO and Co-founder of Piracymeter.

"Live sports are particularly vulnerable to piracy because viewers expect immediate access. Every minute matters, which is why proactive monitoring before the event starts is essential to reducing illegal viewership."

Kyivstar TV joins a growing number of broadcasters and streaming platforms using Piracymeter to protect premium content through scalable anti-piracy monitoring, rapid enforcement and data-driven reporting.

Piracymeter currently monitors piracy across 117 countries, helping rights holders protect films, TV series, live sports, live TV channels, video games and software through a combination of search engine monitoring, copyright enforcement and online piracy intelligence.
